Although the Council is not raising an objection to the following application (PA 24/00843/B), the applicant must be made aware that any increase in the footprint of the extension should still allow for all waste receptacles to be kept within the curtilage of the building. No waste bins or recycling receptacles are to be stored outside of the property apart for collection purposes and then must be stored within the curtilage of the building at all other times.
