TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Garry Christian, Ref 24/00575/MCH, for the Minor Change to PA 23/00717/B to change extension floor level to match that of main building and alteration of external wall finish from render to composite cladding at Springwaters Farm Ballamodha Straight Ballamodha Ballasalla Isle Of Man IM9 3AZ .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision is in relation to the submitted Acknowledgement letter, Application form, Drg 10 Existing Plan and Elevations, Drg 11 Approved Plan and Elevations, Drg MC1 Proposed Plan and Elevations, Location Plan and Planning Letter and Plan List submitted on the 17.05.2024.

NOTE This approval only relates to the following:

o Change to external material on the gable end of the main dwelling from render to cladding and the increase in height of the floor of the extension show in Drg MC1 Proposed Plan and Elevations.
