Condition 12
Condition 12 with the understanding that the approved bus shelter shall be completed and operational before the occupation of any unit within Zone, A, B, C & D and maintained thereafter for the lifetime of the development.
Condition 21
Condition 21 with the understanding with the understanding that unless and until the development has been completed these fences shall not be removed and the protected areas are to be kept clear of any building, plant equipment, material, debris and trenching, with the existing ground levels maintained, and there shall be no entry to those areas except for approved arboricultural or landscape works.
Condition 22
Condition 22 with the understanding that these approved details shall be completed prior to the use of the cycleway and retained thereafter.
