The Ecosystem Policy Team are content with the information provided in the Manx Wildlife Trust’s Technical Note for Ballamaddrell Cottage dated January 2023; Manx Root’s Tree Planting Plan (Drawing No. PP-170123) and Tree Planting Proposal (Document Ref. PP-170123); & Mark Blair Design’s Soft Landscaping and Pedestrian Path Detail Drawing (Drawing No. 203).
We consider that conditions no. 6 and 8 of PA 23/00759/B have been satisfied. Best wishes
