TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Tony & Elaine Milligan, Ref 24/10028/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 3 for PA 23/00935/B - Landscaping plan for the Grange, Ballaugh. at The Grange Station Road Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5AH .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

This decision is in relation to the submitted application submitted on the 19.03.2024 and revised information for the discharge of condition 3 cover letter which were submitted on the 11.06.2024.

NOTE The condition will not be fully satisfied until the latter parts of the condition are also complied with, which require the landscaping to be implemented in accordance with the approved plans and retained permanently for the hard landscaping and maintained for a period of 5 years for the soft landscaping.
