TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Sure (Isle Of Man) Ltd, Ref 24/10017/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 23/01455/B - Deployment of temporary trailer mast for 12 months at Kimmeragh Farm. at Transmitter North East Corner Field 114443 Kimmeragh Farm Bride Isle Of Man IM7 4AR .

Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of condition 2 and memo from applicant advising mast to be installed submitted on the 13.02.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted email from the applicant and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 23/01455/B with the understanding that the trailer and mast will be removed 12 months from the date of installation which will be 14/02/2025.
