In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Lucy Joanna Smith, Ref 24/10022/AIR, for the Information in relation to condition 2 for PA 22/00182/B - Arboricultural Method Statement for Thurlby Cottage. at Thurlby Cottage Ballagawne Ballabeg Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 4HL .

This decision is in relation to the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, Thurlby Cottage Arboriculture Method Statement and TP-041223 (Tree Protection Plan) which were submitted on the 27.02.2024.

NOTE In this instance of the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, Thurlby Cottage Arboriculture Method Statement and TP-041223 (Tree Protection Plan) and after consultation with the DEFA forestry officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 2 of application 22/00182/B with the understanding that the agreed protection measures and construction methods shall be adhered to in full.
