In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17th September 2012, for the reasons set out below.

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The proposal would result in a significantly greater level of built development relative to the dwelling that it proposes to replace. The previous dwelling was not served by a garage and it is concluded that there is no reason why this dwelling should have a garage. The proposal would result in further unwarranted development in the countryside.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
