TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by George Linwood, Ref 20/00888/MCH, for the Minor changes application to PA 19/00588/B involving change from flat roof to pitched, cladding and window alteration at Brown Roofs Ballakillowey Road Colby Isle Of Man IM9 4BN.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to all of the drawings received on 4th August, 2020.

NOTE Approval is hereby given for all of the changes proposed as shown on the hand drawn 1:100 elevation entitled "Mr-Mrs Linwood Brown Roofs Ballakillowey" - encompassing the change to brown cladding, alteration of the window and provision of pitched roof all in respect of the existing flat roofed dormer on the southern pitch of the existing property and in conjunction with the changes approved under 19/00588/B.
