Dear Jason I have no objection to the proposed windows I consider due to the scale, form and massing of the proposals that they will be overly dominant against the principle building, the increase in massing will impact upon the spacing of the property with that adjacent and will neither preserve nor enhance the character or appearance of the Conservation Area. With regard to the above application, whilst we sought a revised plan, the applicant has revised their position and would now like us to assess the application on the original plan with the two storey extension.
Being in the Silverdale conservation area, could I please invite your comments on the proposal. Many thanks
