In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr & Mrs Derek Coombes, Ref 20/00608/MCH, for the Minor changes application for PA 19/00386/B involving a change in the position and orientation of ancillary shed at Ayre Cottage Ballakinnag Road Andreas Isle Of Man .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below.

This decision relates to the application form and attachment, original drawing, proposed change drawing, site and location plan and drawings labelled "Building Regulations" and "Proposed New Tech Shed Position".

NOTE All applied for changes are hereby approved.
