In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Deputy Minister for Infrastructure, the Hon Mr W E Teare, MHK, does hereby APPROVE planning application 12/00891/B by Beeline Nurseries Ltd for Installation of a gazebo and engineering work to create a children's feature cave (retrospective) (appeal by Mr S Karran on behalf of Residents of Briarfield Avenue), subject to the following condition(s):
This decision relates to the erection of a gazebo and cave feature in rear garden, as shown in the 1:2000 scale Location Plan, 1:400 scale Site Plan, proposed site layout plan, and proposal specifications drawings, all received on 21 June 2012.
