BY94 : Outdoor luminaire with an elliptical optic, designed to use LED lamps. Version with cut-off that eliminates skyward flux dispersion. The optical assembly and the pole attachment system are made of EN1706AC 46100LF aluminium alloy and subjected to a multi-step, pre-treatment process, in which the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconation (a protective surface film) and sealing (with a nano-structured silane layer). The painting stage consists of a primer and a liquid acrylic paint, cured at $150^{\circ} \mathrm{C}$, with a high level of weather and UV ray resistance. Diffusor made of shockproof, UV-stabilised injection moulded polycarbonate. Complete with circuit fitted with Neutral White monochrome LEDs. Optical assembly consisting of an anodized super-pure aluminium upper reflector, a methacrylate lens and a lower reflector made of metallised PC. Replaceable LEDs and driver. Electronic selv driver with automatic internal temperature control system. Overvoltage protection up to 6 KV . All external screws are made of stainless steel.
Cylindrical pole made of 70 micron hot galvanised steel, in compliance with UNI EN ISO 1461 (EN 40-5), subsequently surface treated with grey textured acrylic powder paint. The pole consists of a single welded tube, with diameter 76 mm , thickness 3 mm and height 4600 mm ( 4000 mm above ground level). The top end has 4 $\times$ M8 threaded holes for installation of the arms. The slot for the access cover measures $132 \times 38 \mathrm{~mm}$, at a height of 1000 mm from the ground, suitable for fitting the terminal block with one fuse (code 1864). External access cover made of GDALSI 12 aluminium alloy.

The anchor plate base is made of die cast aluminium and consists of two joining parts.
Outdoor luminaire with direct light narrow street optic for a high level of visual comfort (G4), designed to use LED lamps. The optical assembly and the pole attachment system are made of EN1706AC 46100LF aluminium alloy and subjected to a multi-step, pre-treatment process, in which the main phases are degreasing, fluorozirconation (a protective surface film) and sealing (with a nano-structured silane layer). The painting stage consists of a primer and a liquid acrylic paint, cured at $150^{\circ}\mathrm{C}$, with a high level of weather and UV ray resistance. Option of also adjusting, with a graduated scale, the inclination in relation to the road surface of $\pm 20^{\circ}$ (in $5^{\circ}$ steps) for a pole-top installation and $+5^{\circ}/-20^{\circ}$ (in $5^{\circ}$ steps) for a lateral installation. 5 mm thick tempered sodium-calcium closure glass. The glass secured to the frame closes the led optical assembly which is secured to the components assembly with a hinge and 2 screws. The high IP rating is guaranteed by the silicone gasket placed between the two elements. Complete with circuit featuring monochrome LEDs and silver aluminium reflectors. LED assembly can be replaced directly on site. Possibility of replacing the leds in groups of 12 in the laboratory. Power supply unit, connected with fast-coupling connectors, can be removed with clip. Multipower Half Phase electronic control gear with or without a control cable. The Driver recognises midnight by reducing the light flux two hours before midnight from $100\%$ to $70\%$. This lasts for 6 hours and then the flux is increased to $90\%$ until the luminaire turns off.
If the control cable line state is altered (for example, with a sensor) light flux returns to $100\%$.
Driver with automatic internal temperature control system. The optical assembly is fixed to the wall-mounted or pole-top attachment with two clamping screws and two safety grub screws facilitate assembly. The light flow emitted in the upper hemisphere of the system in the horizontal position is null (in conformity with the strictest standards for the prevention of light pollution). All external screws are made of stainless steel.
