The comment stated;
I am the property owner. The considerations from the highways agency have been noted and considered. The proposed use as a gym, is not on a commercial basis. It is just for the female residents of the main dwelling and possibly local neighbouring girlfriends. The space identified for gym equipment has room enough for two people to work out and one person to observe. It is anticipated that visiting girlfriends would arrive on foot and that there would be no impact on local parking
