Application for Approval in Principle to Erect a Dwelling On Garden Land Adjacent to Kella Sheard, Kella Road, Sulby
The site is set in One Third of an Acre, surrounded by mature trees, ( see aerial photograph), with a double gated vehicle entrance; a concrete driveway and parking area; a wooden shed, the area is grassed with some small fruit trees (see photographs). It is completely screened from view from the Public Highway.
The site is in the centre of an established group of four residential properties, which is all part of Sulby Village. The site already has existing access onto the highway.
This application in principal is for a dwelling in an established developed area, on a maturely screened site which has no agricultural or forestry use or potential.
There are some established trees around the boundary perimeter, which provide a screen for the site from public view.
