Planning Application - former Glen Road Garage, Glen Road, Laxey
Our plans for the land, now known as Greenbank, Glen Road, Laxey are to create a wooden cabin housing a juice kitchen (incl storage room and office) to prepare cold-pressed, raw, vegetable and fruit juices. This is to support the growth of both our businesses - Creative Juices and The Shed Co Ltd (juice and food bar on Laxey Promenade).
There will typically be $2 \times$ part time members of staff on the site at any one time. All our staff live locally in Laxey and most walk to work. Parking is, however, provided on the plans. Deliveries of fresh produce and supplies will be made to the site approx. twice a week. And in terms of kitchen equipment, we use small, table top, commercial juicers.
The site will be landscaped and in keeping with the surrounding area, with a lollipop fencing boundary and wooden, farm-style gates to secure the site. The ground will be shale with wooden raised planters.
