In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 16th July 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a bridge as shown in drawings 01, 02 and 03 all received on 6th June, 2012.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority and Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture Fisheries Division to ensure that their requirements for protection of the watercourse are satisfied.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
