Permission was granted for rendering works to a semi-detached two-storey house at 27 Devonshire Road, Douglas. The property is an early to mid-20th century dwelling with a gabled roof, situated in a residential street of broadly similar properties. The existing pebble dash finish covered the rear and side elevations fully, and the upper storey and front entrance surround on the front elevation.
