34 Ballanoa Meadow, Santon is a two storey, semi-detached residential property with a pitched roof within the Ballanoa Meadow development. The property is located at the head of the cul-de-sac and is the higher of two properties due to the contours of the site. There is a hardstanding to the side of the property that provides off road parking and access to the rear garden.
Proposed Extension
The proposals involve the construction of a two storey extension to the side of the property and conversion of the attic space into a bedroom. A number of similar extensions have been undertaken within Ballanoa Meadows and we include photographs below for reference.
The extension will be finished in suitable materials to match the existing residential property.
The existing hardstanding to the front of the property is to be increased in width to accommodate two car parking spaces with a pedestrian path to the front door.
