In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Ken Blaymire Proposal: Replace existing stables with a building to provide two self catering tourist accommodation units at: Stables Adjacent to Ballavartyn House Ballavartyn Road Santon Isle of Man
which was considered on 23rd July 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the replacement of the existing stable building with tourist accommodation as shown in drawings P/10-00, P/10-01, P/10-02, P/10-03, P/10-04 and P12-01 all received on 1st June, 2012.
- Between 1st March and 1st October in any one year the holiday accommodation hereby approved must be used only for individual lets not exceeding four weeks in duration. Outside this period longer lets to tourists are permissible. For the avoidance of doubt, no
approval should hereby be inferred to the use of the new accommodation as one or more separate dwellings.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
