Current opening conditions : 8:30am - 4:30pm (Monday-Friday) 9:00am - 3:30pm (Saturday) We request a change to : 9:30am - 6pm (Monday-Saturday) 9:30am - 5pm (Sunday) Reason : These revised times are more compatible to customers requirements. 2) Fryer : (1* Double) Specifications of new fryer

Number of new fryers required: $1 *$ double Reason : We need this new double fryer to cook chicken in one tank. (We do not provide any fish products in our cafe.) The second tank will be used for chips and vegetables . (To accommodate vegans + vegetarians.)
