Subsequent to discussions with the Principal Planner on the issues raised by the DOI regarding Condition 3 on the Decision Notice, it is noted that there was an oversight with the opening times with Unit 1 (Andy's Chip Shop) and as such the opening times should reflect and reiterate what was originally stated and conditioned in Planning Application 13/91088/C and should read as follows:

The premises, Unit 1 (1 Clagh Vane, operating as Andy's Chip Shop) shall not be open to customers outside the following times;

Monday and Tuesday: ................. 1200 hrs to 1500 hrs and 1645 hrs to 2100 hrs; Wednesday to Saturday inclusive: . 1130 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1630 hrs to 2100 hrs; Sunday: ..................................... 1130 hrs and 1400 hrs.

Whilst initially corrected 13/11/19 a SECOND corrective decision is required to rectify the administration error.

Reason for Refusal/Conditions of Approval Delete as appropriate

• C 1. The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.

Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.

• C 2. The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in full accordance with the following plans with drawing numbers 2017-HSC-20/D07, 2017-HSC-20/D08 Rev C, 2017HSC-20/D09 Rev C, 2017-HSC-20/D10 Rev C and 2017-HSC-20/D11 Rev C date stamped and received 17 September 2019.
