Planning permission was granted for the erection of a detached dwelling with an external heat pump and solar panels at Plot 37, Grove Park, Clifton Drive, Ramsey. This application was an amendment to an earlier permission (reference 19/00636/B) for the same plot. The site is a detached corner plot within a development in the north-west of Ramsey, accessed from Clifton Drive and situated towards the northern end of the estate. The application was submitted by Haven Homes Limited. The decision was made by a Principal Planner under delegated authority and was permitted on 17 December 2019, with four conditions attached.

Condition 1
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.
Condition 2
The development hereby approved shall not be occupied or operated until the parking and turning areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans. Such areas shall not be used for any purpose other than the parking and turning of vehicles associated with the development and shall remain free of obstruction for such use at all times.
Condition 3
The front garden of the dwelling hereby approved shall not be replaced with hardstanding without the prior written approval of the Department.
Condition 4
Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, there must be between it and the Clifton Drive highway an access, including footways constructed to at least base course level and it must also be adequately lit.
