Good morning

On behalf of our Chief Engineer, I write to make comment on application 19/00565/B, for the erection of a roof canopy/gazebo to an existing patio/walled area at Rockwood, Ramsey Road, Laxey, Isle of Man, IM4 7PY.

There is concern at the construction method, particularly if the work is undertaken during the railway operating season and our Chief Engineer would request the opportunity to approve the method statement prior to commencement of construction.
