The application states there are 4 trucks that will use the compound twice a day at the most; therefore, there is no detail as to the access arrangements to and from the site.
Further information is therefore required to understand how such vehicles will access the site. Highway Services oppose the application as it has not been demonstrated that there would be safe and adequate site access arrangements. Recommendation: O
