Dear Sir/Madam Please be advised of an extract from minutes of a meeting of Santon Commissioners on 5th. March 2019 where the following planning applications were considered:

19/00114/B: Field 514242 land adj. The Rheast, Rheast Lane, Santon. Creation of vehicular access. Subject to safety considerations close to the corner at the bottom of Moaney Road, the Commissioners have no objection to the creation of an access for agricultural purposes. There would however be an objection to access for the ultimate purpose of a new dwelling in the countryside at this location should this be the long-term intention behind this application.

19/00164/B: Ballacorris Croft: Erection of a garden equipment shed and extension to existing shed.. No objection.
