Highway Comments: The proposed site parking layout and highway visibility of the new vehicular access would be acceptable. A $109A Highway Agreement would be required for the new vehicular crossing with dropped kerbs to cover the full access width. The partial width of 4m for the dropped kerbs as shown on the plan would be unacceptable.
