Highway Comments: The rear of the site is already used for parking as shown on the photographs submitted. It is accessed via the rear lane, where there is level access to the site, and can accommodate up to 2 parked vehicles. Highway Services are unaware of any existing problems caused by the site parking area, and it is considered beneficial for parked vehicles to be removed from the highway on the site frontage.

Highway Services does not oppose the application.
