The application seeks approval in principle for the construction of a dwelling on land adjacent to hangover, Baworthway, Colby. The site is within an area served as Residential in the Albany & First Boston Local Plan. Notwithstanding the contents of the DOT & Reside Comm, given the extent of the site heritage, I consider that it would be possible to provide a satisfactory access. The proposal is considered acceptable.
