The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture hereby certifies that on the 7th March 2018, operations matter described in Schedule 1 to this certificate in respect of the land specified in Schedule 2 to this certificate and edged REDon the plan attached to this certificate, were lawful within the meaning of section 24 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 for the following reason(s):

1) Taking into account the evidence supplied by the applicant, it is demonstrated that the alterations to the building which is identified by the red line on the Location Plan date stamped 01 March 2018 were carried out before May 2014.

This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer under the Government Departments Act 1987, in the name of the Minister and/or in the name and on behalf of the Department.

• Schedule 1. Uses to which this certificate relates

The removal of sections of the original stone walls and replacement with standard block masonry; the installation of a porch; the addition of a window; and the replacement of a rooflight with a dormer. As shown on the submitted plans date-stamped as having been received 01 March 2018.

• 1. This certificate is issued solely for the purpose of section 24 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999.

• 3. This certificate applies only to the extent of the operations described in Schedule 1 and to the land specified in Schedule 2 and identified on the attached plan. Any operations which are materially different from those described or which relate[s] to other land may render the owner or occupier liable to enforcement action.
