Planning Committee 11/06/12 Demolition of existing dilapidated outbuildings, repair of existing garden wall and provision of new car parking area - Lorne House, Douglas Street, Castletown - 12/00607/B After discussion the Planning Committee agreed with the recommendation and approved the application, with the following condition attached:- C 3. Prior to the commencement of any works there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority a sample of the finished hard surfacing proposed. This approved sample is required to be implemented in accordance with this approval. CB
