In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 11th June 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to demolition of existing dilapidated outbuildings, repair of existing garden wall and provision of new car parking area as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing 2136/12 01 all received on 23rd April 2012.
- Prior to the commencement of any works there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority a sample of the finished hard surfacing proposed. This approved sample is required to be implemented in accordance with this approval. ☑
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
