Officer’s Report Description
1.1 The proposed application as for the erection of a single dwelling house to replace an existing building which was approved on 26th August 2022 subject to seven conditions some of which required the submission of further information prior to commencing works. - 1.2 This report is specific to Condition 2,4,6,7 which the applicants are seeking to discharge. Proposal
2.1 The applicant's agents have now submitted a drawing and supporting written confirmation that notes the surface treatment and other parts of the site which are not covered by the building footprint; all external materials to be used are noted and listed; the boundary details of the site; confirmed visibility splays with splays drawn on the plan; measurers to support biodiversity on site; vehicle access and parking areas with surface water drainage to soak ways. 3.1 In this instance the submitted details and drawings are deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be satisfactory to discharge the planning conditions 2,4,6,7 of this planning application.
