In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25th May 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to erection of a detached double garage and garden store with storage space above as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings PD 001, PD 002, PD 003 and PD 004 all received on 19th April 2012.
- The proposed garage/stores may be used only in association with the main dwelling house “Mullen Rhenass” and for purposes incidental to the use of main dwelling house “Mullen Rhenass” as a single dwelling and for no commercial purposes.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
