The application was submitted as an amendment to an earlier approval (10/00277/B) for the same property. The site is a large modern bungalow on the eastern side of St Judes Road, north of Sulby Bridge. The decision was made on a delegated basis by the Senior Planning Officer and was subject to two conditions. The officer recommended approval and the formal decision matched that recommendation.
The application was approved by a delegated Senior Planning Officer on 7 February 2011. The proposal involved amendments to a previously approved scheme for alterations and extensions to the dwelling, and was found acceptable on that basis.
