TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Dandara Homes Limited, Ref 22/01438/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 21/01262/B involving amendment of finished floor levels for selected dwellings, handing of selected dwellings resulting in amendment of elevations/internal layout, alteration of dwelling positions within selected plots, and creation of bin storage area within neighbourhood centre, plots C5 to C13, C69 to C80, C101 to C106, C110 to C116, C123 to C128 and neighbourhood centre at Fields 434091, 435106, 434974 And 434090, Adjacent To Railway Terrace Ballasalla .
