TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Richard & Mrs Sarah Henthorn, Ref 22/01402/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 21/01221/B involving alterations to the existing window and door apertures to the original cottage element and change of material from painted hardwood as approved to grey aluminium at Cranford Breeze Hill Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7DL.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to the document and and drawing no. 01, 02, 03, 03A which have been received on 6th December 2022.

NOTE This decision relates to all of the minor changes proposed to 21/01221/B relating to Alterations and erection of an extension to existing dwelling with additional tourist use at Alverstone, Cranford, Breeze Hill, Laxey.
