TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Robert Henry John Watterson, Ref 23/00888/MCH, for the Minor changes application to PA22/00332/REM involving changes to the ground floor chimney position and subsequent changes in the proposed window position on the North East elevation for two windows either side of the chimneybreast. Minor adjustment to the positioning of the rear utility door, by 50mm at Plot 1 South Part Of Field 435252 Scarlett Farm Scarlett Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 1TB .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to amended drawings and supporting information submitted on the 7th August 2023, referenced; 001C - Approved site plan 002A - Approved location plan
- 100C - Approved 1st and 2nd floor plans 100D - Proposed floor plans
- 101C - Approved roof plans
- 300D - Approved elevations
- 300E - Proposed elevations NOTE All changes as requested are considered to be minor and acceptable.
