TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Iain Douglas Mack, Ref 22/01170/MCH, for the Minor Change application to change the external finish of the new build and to replace glass material with wood on the proposed external staircase. at Ballaterson Manor Ballaterson Beg Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5BN.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to application form, drawing IM-21-30, IM-22-21 and IM-21-01 date stamped as having been received 14th October 2022. NOTE The minor changes, changing the render to timber cladding and to the staircase design, are considered acceptable.
