TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Santander International, Ref 23/10015/AIR, for the Information relating to conditions 2 and 3 of PA 22/01156/CON - Balustrade plans and material details at New Market Hall Market Hill Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 2BH .

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision related to the detail mesh infill drawing and sample material received on 01.03.2023 NOTE It is considered that drawing of the detailed mesh infill and sample received 28th February 2023 satisfies Condition 2 and 3 of the approval.
