In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr M Garney, Ref 22/00887/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 21/01304/B involving application of render to approved brick rear extension walls at 3 Ballamaddrell Port Erin Isle Of Man IM9 6AS.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision relates to drawings submitted on 14 July 2022, referenced; Location Plan Approved and Proposed Right Elevations Planning Statement NOTE All changes as requested are considered to be minor and acceptable.
