Appendix A: See Drawings JTM2119-P-01 & JTM2119-P-03
1. Demolition of Existing Garage: The existing garage is too small for a modern vehicle and will be replaced with a larger garage with for two cars, electric charging points, bin and bicycle storage.
2 & 3. Some reconfiguration will be undertaken to ensure that the rear and side walls can accommodate the new flat roof.
4. Existing WC & Utility Annex to be demolishd and rear wall opened to provide extra internal living space and angled wall to be removed.

5. Existing external wall to be opened to accommodate proposed covered and enlarged Kitchen/Dining Area and esier access from the hallway.

7. Installation of New WC & Sink to under stairs. Fabric of staircase to be maintained with internal reconfiguration only.
