In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Minister for Infrastructure, does hereby APPROVE planning application 12/00293/B by Mr Lawrence Looney & Miss Kerrie McCauley for Erection of first floor and two storey extensions to dwelling at 5 Majestic Drive, Onchan, IM3 2JQ (appeal by Mr C Lees), subject to the following conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawings numbered 12/0100/01, 12/0100/02, 12/0100/03, 12/0100/04 and 12/0100/05 date stamped 28th February 2012.
- Notwithstanding an evident error in respect to the red line boundary as detailed in Drawing Number 12/0100/01, no permission is implied and/or conferred by this approval for any use or purpose on the public highway outside the front boundary of 5 Majestic Drive.
