TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to REFUSE an application by Mr Jonathan Roe, Ref 21/00890/MCH, for the Minor Changes application to PA 19/00648/B involving installation of replacement windows to front and rear elevations at 8 Eastfield Douglas Isle Of Man IM1 4AU.

Any reasons or notes which apply to this decision are set out below.

The minor changes application is not in connection with approved windows with PA19/00648/B and is for the replacement of three additional windows to the first floor level which would require full assessment as part of a new application.
