TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Sulby Methodist Church, Ref 24/10045/AIR, for the Information in Relation to Conditions (3A and 3C) of PA 21/00588/CON for (a) details showing proposed floor construction and (c) details of the proposed M&E servicing including the proposed new extraction/ventilation details at Sulby Methodist Church Main Road Sulby Isle Of Man IM7 2HP .
Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
This decision hereby approved relates to drawings and documents submitted to the Department titled: Existing and Proposed Floor Levels DWG 1815-14, Photograph showing existing window mounted fan, Proposed Floor Plan DWG 18154-12D and Sulby Church, all recorded as being received on 13.05.2024 and, the Proposed Floor Levelling DWG SES 1844-100 -Rev D-Layout 1 received on 16.05.2024
NOTE In this instance of the submitted documents, drawings and photographs and after consultation with the Conservation Officer, who is happy with the level of detail provided, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 3 A and C (only) of application 21/00588/CON), under the understanding that the development shall not be carried out unless in accordance with the approved details.
