In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The proposal represents an inappropriate form of development that would have a harmful impact on the character of the landscape contrary to the provisions of General Policy 2.
- The proposed development would be contrary to Housing Policy 16 of the Isle of Man Strategic Policy 2007 in that the proposed extension would increase the impact of the building as viewed by the public.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
