In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 2nd April 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawings WL/12/1227/4, WL/12/1227/1A, WL/12/1227/2A all received on 9th February, 2012.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 or any Order superseding this, no garage or extension may be erected without the prior permission of the Planning Authority.
- Prior to the occupation of the dwelling, the hardstanding/driveway around the property must be completed to provide the required parking and turning provision.
- Within one month of the occupation of the proposed dwelling, the existing buildings that are shown on the approved plans as being demolished, must be demolished.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
