In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the creation of a footpath as shown and described in drawings received on 8th February, 2012.
NOTE The applicant should consult the MEA in respect of the Intermediate Pressure Natural Gas Pipeline which runs in close proximity to the site. Work must be in accordance with MEA
Gas Pipeline Safety Code, Safe Working in The Vicinity Of MEA Gas Pipelines, Mains and Above Ground Installations. For further information contact 687687.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
