Manx Utilities Authority has assessed the above planning application and would like to advise you that the Authority has no objection to the application subject to the following condition/s:-

You have proposed to discharge the foul sewage from this development into a 'Cesspool', it must be noted that this will not form part of the public sewerage system and will remain private at all times.

Manx Utilities recommends that a detailed operation and maintenance programme is submitted for consideration by the Planning Committee and the Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture's Environmental Health Division.
