Permission was sought to erect an agricultural storage shed at Croit Aust, Andreas Road, Aust, Ramsey on the Isle of Man. The committee refused the application on the grounds that the building's size, and in particular its height, was not justified by the scale and nature of the agricultural holding it was intended to serve.
